We are looking forward to finally welcoming you back to us! In order to make the decision easier for you, we have introduced special cancellation conditions and implemented a number of security measures.
We know your travel plans might have to change this year and we want to make things as easy as possible for you.
If you made your reservation on our website for a stay between May 29th and November 15th, you can cancel or reschedule your visit up to 7 days prior to your arrival in within that period for free.
In within 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we’ll have to charge 50 % of the total sum. In case of cancelling in within the last 3 days prior to your arrival we will unfortunately have to charge you the total amount.
If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy.
- With us you have the opportunity to take care of yourself in well-equipped, own kitchens. Therefore, there are never large crowds.
- Since many of our apartments have spacious balconies, you can always relax outdoors without having to be considerate of others.
- The spacious lobby offers enough space for everybody.
- For your safety, we have installed disinfection dispensers throughout the house.
- The frequency of cleaning has been increased in all areas of our apartment hotel.
- In the well-stocked snack vending machine in the foyer you will find small snacks and drinks around the clock – without any risk of infection.
- We are looking forward to welcoming you more lovingly again. At the moment, however, the focus is on security, so we have provided the reception desk with special glazing.
- One last request: Please only ever use the lift together with your fellow travelers. You will also find a disinfection dispenser in front of each lift entrance.
