Our cancellation policy:

For a reservation / reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Establishments of 23.09.1981 are agreed. Jurisdiction: Bad Gastein. Should you for any reason not be able to make use of your stay at Cub Alpenresidenz, we will try our best to rent your room elsewhere. Unless we find another renter, the cancellation policy applies: If canceled up to 45 days before arrival no cancellation fees will be charged, up to 1 month before arrival we will charge 40% of the total price, up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price. For cancellations in the last week before arrival, 90% of the price will be charged at the cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we must charge the entire amount.
